In your own Buddha nature? \nIn an age when it’s hard to know what to believe or whom to trust\, many of us feel disempowered at times. Uncertainty about the future of humanity and the planet can shake our confidence to its core. And when scandals surface around spiritual leaders\, so often involving money\, sex\, and power\, practitioners are left with real questions: What does authentic empowerment look like? What is my power? How do I strengthen it\, and use it ethically? \nThis course takes those questions on directly. Catherine Sensei and Susan Skjei\, a Right Use of Power and Authentic Leadership teacher\, bring together tantric teaching and those two frameworks to look at what power actually is\, and how practice makes us authentic\, and therefore trustworthy\, to ourselves and others. Catherine Sensei and her teacher Qapel taught that money and sex are often the handmaidens of power\, and that the spiritual path is a quest for the deepest-rooted empowerment there is. \nThe aim: to weave every moment with exactly the energy it needs \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n What You’ll Learn\nThe nature of power in tantric practice. We start by exploring together what power means in tantric traditions\, and how that differs from how power usually gets talked about. \nSix kinds of power. Personal\, role\, status/societal\, collective\, systemic\, and universal. Knowing which kind is operating in a situation is what lets you work with it skillfully. \nTechniques for accessing your personal power. Practical methods you can use outside class. \nPractice as a source of power. How to use your spiritual practices to enhance your personal power and your connection with universal power. \nSupporting others. Skills to help other beings access their own power. \nRepair and recovery. How to repair or recover from situations where power has been misused. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n What’s Expected of Me\n  \n\nAttend live when you can. Each class is recorded and available for one week.\nMeet with your regional sangha between classes if you can. The continuity helps us go deeper\, which is how you learn about intimacy.\nThe Flash Retreat (Nov 28–29) is separately registered and includes exercises. You can do it at home or at Clear Sky.\nClass times are estimates and may shift slightly.\nBring an open mind. This can be done at home\, or with us at Clear Sky Meditation Centre in Eastern British Columbia. \nFormal group sessions will be held at these approximate times: \n\nFlash Retreat morning session: 9:30am MT\nFlash Retreat afternoon session: 2:30pm MT\nSessions will be 60-90 mins in length.\n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Save the Dates in your Digital Calendar Now\nDownload the course schedules (.ics) to your iCal or Google calendars.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Classes (.ics)\n \n Flash Retreat (.ics)\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Cost\nThis course runs on dāna plus an admin fee. Dāna is your direct gift of generosity to the teachers. People typically give $120–500 USD\, no one is excluded for lack of funds\, and offering service counts too.                                            \n[About dāna] · [Dāna course] \nThe admin fee supports the infrastructure behind online teaching (live classes\, registration\, recordings\, website): \n$80 by Oct 11 · $100 by Oct 25 · $120 after. \nIf the fee is a barrier\, contact the Registrar and we’ll help you attend. \n  \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n About DānaAbout the Online Admin Fee\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n You may have come across this elsewhere in the form of “pay from the heart.” Dāna is a Sanskrit term meaning “generosity.” With dāna\, we give as a mutual exchange of generosity. It’s our joy to offer this course\, and we trust you’ll match our time\, energy\, and passion by giving an amount of money that feels good and healthy to both you and us. \nThe dharma has been built on generosity. No one is excluded for lack of funds. However\, it is also extremely beneficial to give as much as you are able. \nTypically people give in a range of $120-$500 USD for a course. \nAs we’re committed to ensuring everyone has access to the Dharma\, please feel comfortable to give less if you are not financially secure. Another form of giving dāna is to offer service\, and if you are interested in providing support in a non-financial way\, we invite you to contact us. \nIf you are financially secure\, we invite you to generate merit by providing more financial support to the Triple Gem. Contributions like these make the difference in supporting our teachers\, teachings\, and center. \nWe're delighted to share that we created a short online course so that you can learn more about the practice of dāna here. \n \n \n \n \n \n In a traditional model of in-person teachings\, a retreat center or urban meditation center invites teachers to visit. In these cases the centers have infrastructure and organization costs to cover\, which might be covered by an admin fee. For the teaching itself\, dāna to the teachers is offered in a bowl. This honors both the sustainability of the teachers\, and of the supporting center. \nWe’ve tried to recreate this approach online. The teachers’ time and the teaching themselves are offered on the basis of dāna\, separate to the admin fee. With our dāna offering we are making a direct gift of generosity to the teachers to support their teachings and livelihood. \nThe admin fee* goes to support the infrastructure and organization necessary to support them to teach. As anyone with an online business will know\, the costs of setting up good infrastructure to support effective teaching and connection online can be surprising. \nOur admin fee changes based on the date of registration. \nRegister four + weeks prior: $80 Register two to four weeks prior: $100Register less than two weeks prior: $120 \n*We also do not wish to exclude anyone from the Teachings\, so if you are not currently in a financial position to afford the admin fee\, please contact the course Registrar via registrar@planetdharma.com so we can support you to attend. \n--- \nBelow are a few of the work and benefits that your admin fee payment is supporting: \n\nHigh speed internet (to allow interviews and classes on-line)\nOnline class systems (Zoom)\nRegistration / admin systems (Eventbrite\, Basecamp)\nCommunication systems to keep everyone informed\, share connection details\, teachings and other resources (Mailchimp)\nOnline storage (for example\, Dropbox\, to allow us to let students watch recordings\, and to store and share selected teachings in other forms such as podcasts and video later\, and Amazon cloud)\nQuality sound\, video and editing equipment (both for live teachings and to provide good enough quality for later sharing as podcasts and video). We are regularly updating our equipment to improve your user experience.\nOnline calendar booking system to allow students to book interviews\nWebsite hosting and maintenance for sharing upcoming courses\, teachings\, blogs and other resources.\n\nWe welcome any questions. May all our efforts be sustainable\, abundant and for the benefit of all beings! \n  \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Flash Retreat in community: students at Clear Sky Centre and online\, learning together.\n \n Registration\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n FAQs\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Spacer Holder for the 1st Item\n \n \n \n \n \n \n What if I can't attend live?\n Recordings are available for one week after each class. \n \n \n \n \n \n Do I need to do the Flash Retreat?\n (answer once you confirm) \n \n \n \n \n \n What is Right Use of Power?\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Is this course a place to work through a personal experience of misused power?\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Sensei is an inspirational woman and I am blessed to walk this earth beside her. \nMaya LewandowskyArtistic Director and Vocal CoachWe are so blessed to have Sensei as one of the dedicated teachers at Clear Sky. SUMMARY:The Body: Our Awakening Vehicle - Somatic Intelligence in the Namgyal Tradition
DESCRIPTION:The Body as Foundation — Somatic Intelligence in the Namgyal Tradition\n Online Course \n Main Course: February 7\, 14 & 21\, 2027  \nFlash Retreat Weekend: February 27 & 28\, 2027 \nExploring the body-based teachings and practices of Namgyal Rinpoche’s Body\, Speech and Mind with Catherine Pawasarat Sensei   \n Registration (Coming soon)\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n At-a-Glance\n \n \n \n \n \n				  \nDates & format: \n\n3 online classes (Feb 7\, 14 & 21)\nAn optional flash retreat weekend (Feb 27 & 28) online from home\, or at Clear Sky Center\n\nTime commitment: \n\nClasses are 90-minutes each (Sundays\, 9:30–11am Alberta Time)\nPlus time during the week to work on practical application (discretionary\, but at least 1 hour is recommended)\nOption to join a study group meeting once a week for 1 hour  \n\nCost: \n\nFor the 3-week course: Admin Fee + dāna to the Teacher\nFor the Flash Retreat Weekend: dāna only (no admin fee)\nSee below for an explanation of dāna and for admin fee details\n\nPrerequisites: \n\nOpen to all backgrounds. \nReading Body\, Speech and Mind is recommended but not required.\n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Why This Matters Now\nMost of us are practiced at thinking about our bodies\, but far less practiced at actually living in them. \nWe try to bridge the gap with yoga classes\, martial arts\, or long walks to clear our heads. Yet in a world organized around the intellect\, these practices easily stay in a supporting role—tools to help us recover from overthinking\, rather than ground beneath our feet. Meanwhile\, our bodies bear the quiet cost of the imbalance: hurried meals\, frayed nervous systems\, and immune responses pushed to the margins. Another wellness routine will not fix that. It asks for a fundamentally different relationship with the body itself. \nThis course explores what shifts when somatic intelligence stops being a self-improvement task and becomes our ground. Ground for clarity\, and especially ground for compassion. \nDrawing on the teachings in Namgyal Rinpoche’s Body\, Speech and Mind\, we will treat physical embodiment not as an isolated technique\, but as the base upon which the rest of the path rests—much like our work with emotional intelligence this past year. You will not leave having mastered an intellectual concept. You will leave with a felt\, firsthand sense of what it means to inhabit body\, speech\, and mind together—and a reliable compass for keeping that practice alive. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Who This Is For\n\nYou already have a somatic practice (yoga\, martial arts\, movement work) and sense there’s a deeper layer underneath it you haven’t reached yet\nYou’ve worked on emotional intelligence and want to keep the work going.\nYou feel the disconnect between an active mind and a body that’s been running on empty\, and you’re ready to address it directly rather than around the edges\nYou are interested in spiritual community\nYou’re drawn to the Namgyal lineage’s approach to integrating Eastern practice with Western psychological and somatic understanding\nYou want to do serious\, sustained practice — not a taste of something\, but real ground to stand on\nYou’re curious about Body\, Speech and Mind but have found the full text a lot to take on alone\n\n  \nWhat You’ll Practice / Learn / Discover\nSomatic intelligence as foundation\, not add-on Work with the body not as one more discipline to fit into a busy life\, but as the base that the rest of your practice — emotional\, intellectual\, spiritual — actually stands on. \nIntegration over addition Rather than collecting another technique\, explore what it means to bring somatic awareness into conversation with your intellectual and emotional intelligence. \nA living tradition\, not just a text Engage with Namgyal Rinpoche’s Body\, Speech & Mind teachings through a teacher who has practiced within this tradition for 3 decades\, with the context of how this material connects to the wider Namgyal transmission. \nA personal sense of what integration means for you Leave with a first-hand answer to “what does it feel like when body\, speech\, and mind are working together” — and a working sense of what practice comes next. \n  \nWhat’s Expected of Me\nThis course is designed as an immersive practice container rather than an introductory survey. To truly experience the shift from conceptualizing the body to living in it\, the work asks for regular engagement and a willingness to stay with what surfaces—including the subtle habits of bypassing we all carry. \nBecause this is deep\, reflective territory\, it flourishes when you have the space to engage it fully. If your schedule or capacity right now only allows for something light to drop into on the fly\, this may not be the most nourishing fit. But if you have the bandwidth and desire to explore your practice at its roots\, you will find rich ground here. \nBetween sessions\, you’ll receive home practices and reflection activities to weave into daily life; while there is no rigid time requirement\, the care and energy you invest here will directly shape what unfolds for you. We also see this work as deeply relational. Catherine Sensei builds in breakout discussions to nurture authentic sangha\, and we ask that you come ready to actively participate—offering your presence and mutual support so we can co-create a grounded space where everyone can stretch and grow. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Meet the Teacher\n \n \n \n \n \n Catherine Pawasarat Sensei \nCatherine Pawasarat Sensei is a contemporary Dharma teacher\, attendant\, consort\, co-teacher via Planet Dharma and co-founder of Clear Sky Retreat Center. In addition to Buddhist philosophy and its applications to daily life\, Catherine also draws on generative living and universal spiritual tools including transpersonal astrology and Japanese arts. \nShe trained daily with Acariya Doug Duncan from 1998 until his passing in 2024\, in an intensive spiritual apprenticeship that is rare in the modern West. She received lay ordination from Namgyal Rinpoche in 2003. \nMore About Sensei | About the Lineage\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n The Teaching in Context\nThis course is part of Planet Dharma’s Year of Embodiment\, following directly from the Emotional Intelligence work of 2026. Where that body of work explored the felt sense of emotional integration\, this one turns to the body as the foundation underneath it — reflecting the classical body–speech–mind orientation at the heart of the Namgyal tradition’s approach to human development. \nIt also connects to a broader project of drawing out what’s distinctive in Namgyal Rinpoche’s own synthesis — work that anticipated much of what Integral Theory would later formalize. This approach was built from a rare combination of Buddhist training\, Western psychological and esoteric study\, and direct transmission (including a weizza/alchemical lineage through his teacher U Thila Wunta Sayadaw). Those interested in that wider historical context may also want to learn more about the Namgyal lineage. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n\nCourse Schedule\nFeb 7 – 28\, 2027\n\n\n \n \n \n \n \n Class Times (Mountain Time)\n\nSunday February 7 – 9:30am – 11am\nSunday February 14  – 9:30am – 11am\n Sunday February 21  – 9:30am – 11am\n\nThe formal\, live teachings for this course will occur on Sundays. DESCRIPTION:The Somatic Line\n Online Course \n Main Course: August 1\, 8 & 15\, 2027  \nFlash Retreat Weekend: August 21 & 22\, 2027 \nUsing Integral’s maps to study how we grow from the body out\, and practising it so it doesn’t stay a map\, with Catherine Pawasarat Sensei. \n Registration (Coming soon)\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n At-a-Glance\n \n \n \n \n \n				  \nDates & format: \n\n3 online classes (August 1\, 8 & 15)\nAn optional flash retreat weekend (August 21 & 22) online from home\, or at Clear Sky Center\n\nTime commitment: \n\nClasses are 90-minutes each (Sundays\, 9:30–11am Alberta Time)\nPlus time during the week to work on practical application (discretionary\, but at least 1 hour is recommended)\nOption to join a study group meeting once a week for 1 hour  \n\nCost: \n\nFor the 3-week course: Admin Fee + dāna to the Teacher\nFor the Flash Retreat Weekend: dāna only (no admin fee); in-person participants also cover accommodation and meals at Clear Sky Center.\nSee below for an explanation of dāna and for admin fee details\n\nPrerequisites: \n\nOpen to all backgrounds. No prior study of Integral theory is needed\nThe Body as Foundation online course (February 2027) is a natural lead-in\, but not required\n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Why This Matters Now\nEach of us learned to live in a body long before we learned to think about one. As children we develop physical skills first. Then we become aware of other people and grow our emotional\, social and communication skills. Our mental faculties come later still. Body\, speech and mind: we grow from the body out. \nAs adults\, most of us live the other way round. A screen-centred\, heady life keeps us up in our thoughts\, and it’s more painful than we often notice. Even at a retreat centre surrounded by forest and mountains\, it’s remarkable how much time we can spend in our heads. A trip to the gym is a good start\, but it rarely changes where we actually live. \nIntegral theory offers some of the most comprehensive maps of human development we have\, and it openly acknowledges where it’s thinner: lived experience. This course turns Integral’s lens toward the body\, its least-charted ground\, and studies somatic development as the foundation our emotional and cognitive growth rest on. In the Namgyal lineage\, mapping and direct experience have always gone together. You’ll leave with a clearer map of how you’ve developed through the body\, and a felt sense of what it’s like to practise from there. The more we live in our bodies\, the more we enjoy life. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Who This Is For\n\nYou’ve studied Integral theory and want to know what it means to live it\, not only to understand it\nYou took The Body as Foundation in February 2027 and want to keep building on that ground\nYou have a body-based practice (yoga\, martial arts\, dance\, sport) and are curious how it fits into the wider picture of your development\nYou notice how much of your day happens from the neck up\, and you’d like your practice to reach the rest of you\nYou’re in a season of life with the bandwidth to take a body of work and actually work it\, between classes as well as during them\nYou’d love a summer weekend of practice at Clear Sky\, horses included\n\n  \nWhat You’ll Practice / Learn / Discover\nDevelopment from the body out. Explore how physical skills underpin emotional\, relational and cognitive growth\, using the body–speech–mind sequence and Integral’s developmental view as maps. \nStudying the body without leaving it. The obvious risk of studying somatics is turning it into one more concept. So this course leans on somatic exercises: in class\, between classes and throughout the flash retreat. Like a diver’s weight belt\, the exercises keep us from bobbing back up to the surface of our thoughts\, and Catherine Sensei will keep pointing us back to direct experience whenever the conversation drifts into theory. \nA less-mapped line of development. Integral describes many lines of development\, from cognitive to interpersonal. The somatic is among the least explored. As with our exploration of the emotional line in 2026\, we’ll chart this territory together through inquiry\, rather than receive a finished textbook answer. \nMoving between parts of yourself. A particular strength of the Namgyal lineage is integration: the facility to move between body\, feeling and thought\, rather than living in one and visiting the others. Practise that movement\, and notice what changes. \nIn person: learning from the horses. Horses respond to what’s happening in our bodies\, not to what we’re thinking. Being around them simply requires us to be embodied. On-site participants will work with Clear Sky’s horses during the flash retreat as a direct\, honest mirror for presence. \n  \nWhat’s Expected of Me\nThis course is an invitation to practise more than a survey of ideas. Its heart is in your body\, so the exercises between classes matter as much as the classes themselves. There’s no fixed number of hours; the care you bring to the home practices will shape what this course becomes for you. \nExpect to be pointed back to experience\, gently and often\, especially when the discussion drifts toward theory. The habit of floating up into concepts is one we all share\, and untangling it together is part of the work. \nClasses include breakout discussions. We invite you to bring your presence and support to one another\, so we can co-create a grounded space where everyone can stretch and grow. \nIf you’re joining the flash retreat at Clear Sky\, you’ll spend time outdoors and with horses. We’ll send practical details on what to wear and how the sessions run when you register. \n  \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Meet the Teacher\n \n \n \n \n \n Catherine Pawasarat Sensei \nCatherine Pawasarat Sensei is a contemporary Dharma teacher\, attendant\, consort\, co-teacher via Planet Dharma and co-founder of Clear Sky Retreat Center. \nMore About Sensei | About the Lineage\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n The Teaching in Context\nThe Somatic Line is the second of three online courses in Planet Dharma’s 2027 Year of Embodiment. Catherine Sensei sees the three as flags planted in the ground. The Body as Foundation (February) began with Namgyal Rinpoche’s Body\, Speech and Mind\, now more widely available thanks to Bodhi Publishing. The Somatic Line brings in the Integral perspective that Qapel was so keen for us to explore and integrate. No astrology experience is needed \nYou’ll need your natal chart (instructions provided upon registration)\n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Why This Matters Now \n\nEach of us has a particular way of being in a body. Some of us live mostly from the neck up. Some push through tiredness as a matter of course\, and some carry tension in the same place year after year. Most of us take our own way of being embodied as simply how bodies are. \nAstroDharma suggests there’s more to see. The patterns of energy your natal chart describes show up in the psyche\, and they show up in the body too: in how you inhabit it by default\, and in how you relate to it day to day. Seeing those patterns clearly is the first step. The second is choosing how to work with them. \nOver a full month\, Catherine Sensei will guide us through what to look at in the chart when it comes to the body\, how we may be experiencing our physical selves by default\, and how to use AstroDharma to shape a more conscious relationship with the body in the physical world. You’ll leave with a working sense of how your chart lives in your body\, and practices to keep that relationship growing. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Who This Is For\n\nYou’ve explored your natal chart and want to bring it out of your head and into lived\, physical experience\nYou took The Body as Foundation or The Somatic Line in 2027 and want to complete the year’s arc\nYou joined AstroDharma: Navigating Transits in September 2027 and want to keep going\nYou notice patterns in how you treat your body (pushing\, neglecting\, overriding) and suspect they have deeper roots\nYou’re part of a sangha and want to understand one another’s embodied patterns\, not only psychological ones\nYou have the bandwidth this season for a month of practice that happens in daily life as much as in class\n\n  \nWhat You’ll Practice / Learn / Discover\nReading the body in your chart. Learn what to look at in your natal chart when it comes to the body and physical life. \nYour default embodiment. Explore how you may be experiencing your body by default\, including the patterns you’ve always taken as “just the way I am.” \nFrom description to practice. Use AstroDharma not only to describe your patterns but to work with them\, through practices that shape how you relate to your body in the physical world. \nTime to integrate. Spread over a month\, the course gives the material time to move from insight into daily life\, with practices between classes and a flash retreat to bring it together. \nMapping for one another. Build the facility to read these patterns in other people’s charts too\, so that we can understand and support one another. \n  \nWhat’s Expected of Me\nThis course asks for some preparation and some practice. Please have your natal chart ready before the first class; instructions come with registration. Between classes\, you’ll receive practices to try in daily life. There’s no fixed time requirement\, and the care you bring to them will shape what this course becomes for you. \nAstroDharma can be fascinating enough to keep us up in our heads\, so expect Catherine Sensei to keep bringing the group back to direct experience in the body. That pull toward analysis is a habit we all share\, and noticing it together is part of the work. \nClasses include breakout discussions. We invite you to bring your presence and support to one another\, so we can co-create a grounded space where everyone can stretch and grow. \nIf this season of life calls for something lighter\, the Intro to AstroDharma self-study course is a lovely place to start. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Meet the Teacher\n \n \n \n \n \n Catherine Pawasarat Sensei is a contemporary Dharma teacher\, attendant\, consort\, co-teacher via Planet Dharma and co-founder of Clear Sky Retreat Center. \nShe has developed AstroDharma as a tool for transformation\, synthesizing Buddhist teachings on spiritual awakening with transpersonal Western astrology based on the teachings of Carl Jung.  \nMore About Sensei | About the Lineage \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n The Teaching in Context \nWritten in the Stars\, Manifested in the Body is the third and final online course of Planet Dharma’s 2027 Year of Embodiment. Catherine Sensei sees the year’s three courses as flags planted in the ground. The Body as Foundation (February) began with Namgyal Rinpoche’s Body\, Speech and Mind. The Somatic Line (August) brought in the Integral perspective Qapel encouraged us to explore. This course adds AstroDharma\, which Catherine Sensei is bringing in more and more because of how much understanding it opens up about the patterns we live with. \nIt follows AstroDharma: Navigating Transits (September 24–26\, 2027). That weekend looks at what is moving through your chart now; this course looks at how your chart lives in your body. Each course also stands on its own. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n\nCourse Schedule\nNovember 7 – 28\, 2027\n\n\n \n \n \n \n \n Class Times (Mountain Time)\n\nSunday November 7 – 9:30am – 11am\nSunday November 14  – 9:30am – 11am\n Sunday November 21  – 9:30am – 11am\n\nThe formal\, live teachings for this course will occur on Sundays. There may also be a class to introduce the weekend on Friday\, February 26th at 7pm MT. \nWhat Does the Course Cost?\nThis course is offered based on the unique combination of: \n\ndāna\, and\na $80-120 USD administrative fee:\n\nRegister by October 10 $80 USD\nRegister by October 24 $100 USD\nOctober 25 to November 7 $120 USD\n\n\n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n About DānaAbout the Online Admin Fee\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n You may have come across this elsewhere in the form of “pay from the heart.” Dāna is a Sanskrit term meaning “generosity.” With dāna\, we give as a mutual exchange of generosity. \n  \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Flash Retreat in community: students at Clear Sky Centre and online\, learning together. \n \n Registration (Coming Soon)\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n FAQs\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n I’m new to astrology.
