Online Q&A with Guest TeachersIt’s easy to feel bliss and clarity during retreat, but how do you maintain it when you’re back home? Better yet, how can you deepen and strengthen your spiritual practice amidst day-to-day demands? Guest Dharma Teachers Karen McAllister and Duncan Cryle will be hosting this Office Hours while Doug and Catherine Sensei are leading a Dharma Trip in Mexico.

When you’re swept up in the busyness of career, family and daily pressures, Office Hours is an anchor to universal teachings and supportive community. Every second Sunday, you have an opportunity to join our global network for an online Q&A session with Dharma Teachers Doug Duncan and Catherine Pawasarat (or Guest Hosts).
Coming together in question and reflection is a precious opportunity for deepened compassion and wisdom. You may discover that others share the same question as you, or better yet, learn the answers to questions you even never thought to ask. This ‘triple gem’ of Buddha, Dharma and Sangha is a tangible refuge to strengthen your awakening journey.
Not sure what to expect? You are welcome to attend as an observer and are not required to ask a question. Although participants are encouraged to bring questions, it is not mandatory.
Video recordings are available for those who cannot attend live.
Office Hours is open to all experience levels.
Course Details
Fees and Dāna
These sessions are offered based on the ancient principle of generosity, or Dāna.
Registration
To attend, you must register by the FRIDAY evening prior (9pm MST) to each Office Hours on Sunday. Office Hours are held every second Sunday with a couple of exceptions when the Teachers are traveling.
We recommend you attend live, but if you cannot, please submit your questions by email. The video recording will be available for one week after the live session.
